Now You Can Buy A Condo With As Little As 3 Percent Down

Looking to buy a condo but don't have 20-25% to put down? My lender just sent me a list of condos that are currently approved for mortgage programs as low as 3% down. Usually condos require 20-25% down payment but now with as little as 3% down for a primary residence, 10% on a second home, or 15% on an investment property you can purchase a condo.

Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach condo lists are available. Condos as low as $200,000 are on this list. If this catches your attention, please feel free to contact me to see if any of the condos on the list fit your criteria. These mortgage programs usually expire after 6 months so act fast!
